1. General Information:
– Orange Wheels is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and enriching environment for children and families. By entering our premises or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Membership:
– Validity: Orange Club membership is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
– Eligibility: Membership is for one child only and is non-transferable.
– Benefits: Members gain entry to Orange Wheels across UAE. Members also receive 10% off any purchase at Orange Wheels and 20% off on birthday party packages for the cardholder only.
– Cancellation: Membership fees are non-refundable. Orange Wheels reserves the right to cancel memberships without notice if terms and conditions are violated.
3. Entry and Safety:
– Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, except for those using the Drop N Shop service.
– Drop N Shop: Children aged 4 years and older can be left under the supervision of Orange Wheels playmates for up to one hour. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises and provide contact information.
– Conduct: All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules of each play area. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
4. Play Areas and Activities:
– Usage: Play areas are designed for specific age groups; please adhere to posted age recommendations.
– Equipment: Please use play equipment as intended and follow all posted instructions and guidelines from staff.
– Safety: Orange Wheels takes safety seriously. Please report any concerns or incidents to staff immediately.
5. Birthday Parties and Events:
– Booking: Advance booking is required for all birthday parties and events.
– Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
– Changes: Any changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
– Discounts: Orange Club members receive 20% off birthday party packages.
6. Café and Retail:
– Food and Drink: Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for special dietary needs.
– Discounts: Orange Club members receive 10% off purchases at the café and retail shop.
– Safety: Please follow all health and safety guidelines in our café areas.
7. Liability:
– Injury: Orange Wheels is not liable for any injuries sustained while on our premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our staff.
– Property: Orange Wheels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
8. Data Protection:
– Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during membership registration or through other interactions will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Amendments:
– Orange Wheels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and at our premises.
